CALL TO ORDER: at 6:30 pm at the Eagles Nest Coffee House by Nancy Z, President
MEMBERS PRESENT: 28. We had one guest, Eileen who had moved from Buffalo.

SECRETARY’S REPORT: October 24, 2016 minutes approved as corrected. It was the 9th Annual Holiday Boutique.
The Holiday Boutique was very successful and ran quite smoothly. The sales for Friday were $2,558.25, Saturday $1,429.00 and Sunday $1,245.00 for a total of $5,232.25. Last year’s total sales were $3,937.00 making the 2016 Boutique our highest sales ever. There are still some advertising expenses outstanding. We will need new signs for next year. Suggestions were given for next year which the board reviewed and then placed in the boutique information book for next year’s committee.
New Board members were introduced for next year. They are Ione Timm President, Sally Bystrom Vice-President, Sue Eggenberger Secretary, Kathy Arens Treasurer and Angela Mazaika Web Master.
We still need programs for next year. Irene was interested in a program that would teach you how to wash and block knitted sweaters or wool fabric. Nancy and Barb volunteered to work on a presentation. Members were encouraged to let the Board know if they would like to do a presentation or if they know of someone who would like to give a presentation. There are programs for the following months: January Julie Makoutz – make & take with Wire Wrapped Stones, February Judy Sage – Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru, March Joann Klees – Travel Journals, and April Barb Tentis – Figure pins (possibly could be used as name tags).
Dues are $12.00 and are due in January. Please try to pay as soon as possible. There will be a form to fill out this year. An envelope will be placed in the RVAG drawer at the ENCH with the forms for you to use.
The Christmas party will be on December 19th at 6:00 p.m. The Board will come up with a game. Please bring an appetizer and a homemade gift with a value of around $10.00 to $20.00.
